Parking at LCC

How to Park on the Downtown Campus

All students and employees will be issued a universal LCC parking sticker. Your universal parking permit allows you to park in nine different lots and the Gannon parking ramp. It does not allow parking in lots 28 and 29, which are restricted. This sticker is your parking pass and should be clearly displayed, according to sticker instructions, when parking on campus.

Permits

Parking permits are issued at the beginning of the semester and mailed to the physical address on file in Banner. Passes allow students and employees to park in the college's allocated parking lots and Gannon Ramp at no additional charge.

For a replacement permit, students and employees can visit the AOF building room 108 located at 315 North Grand Ave from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Parking Enforcement

Parking on campus is enforced by the LCC Police Department. Officers monitor areas across campus to help ensure the availability of parking and the safety of those entering and exiting parking areas by upholding the parking regulations. Parking decals are enforced from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Parking decals are not enforced on Fridays.

Remember, LCC parking is for use only when on campus for school-related business. LCC parking lots cannot be used when attending to unrelated LCC business such as off-campus employment. Permits are non-transferable and issued to a specific person for use. Use of a parking permit by someone other than the person to whom it was issued may result in a written violation and/or revocation of the parking permit.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

LCC is proud to unveil 32 ChargePoint charging ports at Downtown Campus. All employees and students are eligible to charge their electric vehicle for free for up to four hours every day. Visit the EV Charging webpage to learn more.
